Rhythmic Gymnastics
(3-16 years old)
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful, graceful and athletic sport that combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance, and apparatus manipulation. Gymnasts perform complex routines, combining graceful body movements such as leaps and pivots with specific technical elements involving the apparatus.

Routines are performed individually or in groups, set to music, and must demonstrate flexibility, strength, coordination, and artistic expression.

Suitable for both recreational and competitive gymnasts.
